이 약관은 beyondKim(이하 "회사")이 제공하는 단하나 - First Domino 애플리케이션(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건 및 절차, 회사와 이용자 간의 권리·의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.
① "서비스"란 회사가 제공하는 목표 관리 애플리케이션 및 이와 관련된 일체의 기능을 말합니다.
② "이용자"란 이 약관에 동의하고 서비스를 이용하는 자를 말합니다.
③ "유료 서비스"란 이용자가 일정 금액을 결제하고 이용하는 프리미엄 기능을 말합니다.
① 이 약관은 서비스 내에 게시하거나 이용자에게 공지함으로써 효력이 발생합니다.
② 회사는 관련 법령을 위반하지 않는 범위에서 약관을 개정할 수 있으며, 변경 시 앱 내 공지합니다.
① 서비스는 연중무휴 제공을 원칙으로 하나, 시스템 점검·장애 등의 사유로 일시 중단될 수 있습니다.
② 무료 플랜은 1개의 트랙을, 프리미엄 플랜은 무제한 트랙을 이용할 수 있습니다.
③ 모든 데이터는 이용자의 기기에 로컬로 저장되며, 서버에 업로드되지 않습니다.
① 유료 서비스는 App Store 인앱 결제를 통해 제공됩니다.
② 구독 상품은 해당 구독 기간 만료 전 취소하지 않으면 자동으로 갱신됩니다.
③ 환불은 Apple App Store 환불 정책에 따릅니다. 회사는 환불을 직접 처리하지 않습니다.
① 이용자는 서비스를 불법적인 목적으로 이용해서는 안 됩니다.
② 이용자는 타인의 권리를 침해하거나 법령에 위반되는 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.
① 회사는 서비스 운영상 필요한 경우 서비스를 변경하거나 종료할 수 있습니다.
② 서비스 종료 시 이용자에게 사전 공지합니다.
① 회사는 이용자의 기기 내 데이터 손실에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
② 회사는 이용자의 서비스 이용으로 발생하는 간접·부수적 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
이 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되며, 분쟁 발생 시 회사 소재지 법원을 관할 법원으로 합니다.
These Terms of Service govern the conditions and procedures for using the 단하나 - First Domino application ("Service") provided by beyondKim ("Company"), and define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and its users.
① "Service" refers to the goal management application provided by the Company and all related features.
② "User" refers to any person who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
③ "Paid Service" refers to premium features available to users who have made a payment.
① These Terms take effect when posted within the Service or announced to users.
② The Company may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable law and will notify users via an in-app announcement.
① The Service is provided 24/7 in principle, but may be temporarily suspended due to system maintenance or technical issues.
② The free plan supports 1 track; the premium plan supports unlimited tracks.
③ All data is stored locally on the user's device and is not uploaded to any server.
① Paid services are provided through in-app purchases on the App Store.
② Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current subscription period.
③ Refunds are subject to Apple App Store refund policies. The Company does not process refunds directly.
① Users must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
② Users must not infringe upon the rights of others or engage in conduct that violates applicable laws.
① The Company may modify or terminate the Service as necessary for operational reasons.
② Users will be notified in advance of any termination of the Service.
① The Company is not liable for loss of data stored on a user's device.
② The Company is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from a user's use of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court located at the Company's registered address.
